Below are the job details:

- Tracking and monitoring all incoming shipment boxes.

- Maintaining accurate and complete records of all samples received.

- Recording, Booking and Managing every sample in the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS).

- Communicating with clinicians through emails and telephonic conversations regarding samples.

- Performing calling activity for Pre-PSR (PrePatient Sample Receipt) confirmation to ensure readiness and reduce errors.

- Handling discrepancy clearance by coordinating with internal teams and clinicians to resolve sample/document-related issues.
