Role Overview

Accenture is hiring Customer Support Associates with strong experience in International Voice Process to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant International Voice Process experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through International Voice Process.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
- Follow defined process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, AHT, CSAT and other process KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to resolve customer issues.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and process standards.

Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of total experience.
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the respective office location.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable with Work from Office.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing within approximately 30 km of the respective office location are preferred.
- Location preference applies to both: Gurugram – Sector 21, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
