We are looking for experienced International Voice Process Executives to handle international customers, resolve queries, and provide excellent customer service over calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls with international customers ( Preferred US / UK Support).
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements




- 1-3 years of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurugram / Bengaluru location.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Salary As per experience and interview performance.
