About the Role

Be the first voice a person in need hears. As a Global Intake Specialist on our US Legal Intake team, you will guide American clients through a structured, compassionate intake process for Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Medical Malpractice cases. Your conversations decide how a client's case begins.

This is a specialized international voice role. You will work live calls with US clients from our Banjara Hills office during US hours.

Who We're Looking For

Must-haves:

- 2+ years of real-time international voice experience (US / UK / AU / Canada campaigns). We need live call handling, not chat, email or back-office experience.
- Neutral to near-neutral accent with strong spoken English
- Ability to handle high call volumes without losing quality or accuracy
- Willingness to work Night / Overnight shifts (US hours), in person at our Banjara Hills office

Good to have:

- Legal intake, law firm or legal process background
- Familiarity with CRM or case management platforms

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients in real time
- Conduct structured intake interviews to collect personal, case and incident details
- Ask transparent, targeted questions to capture accurate data
- Log and update information in our case management system




- Assess basic case eligibility and route qualified cases to the legal team
- Support callers through sensitive, emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures
- Meet quality, accuracy and call performance targets
