We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Gurgaon. Candidates will be responsible for handling international customers over calls, resolving their queries and providing excellent customer service.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined timelines.
- Provide information related to products, services, orders or accounts.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and communication guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve assigned performance, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Graduation will be preferred but is not mandatory for suitable candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24*7 rotational environment / rotational shifts, if applicable.
- Candidates with prior experience in International BPO, International Voice, Customer Support, Technical Support or International Calling will be preferred.
