Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our operations team in Gurugram and Bangalore.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries across channels (Calls, Emails, Chats), resolve Tier 2 support issues, and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions (Calls, Emails, Chats) and maintain accurate interaction logs in tracking software.
- Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

- Education:



Graduation / Bachelor's degree is mandatory (15 years of formal education).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, BPO, or service operations.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working full night shifts aligned with US/International time zones (rotating days off).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar ERPs) and MS Office Suite.
