Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to international clients through phone calls, Chat
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift).
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment or similar industry.
- Fluent English language skills with positive communication abilities.
- Strong convincing skills for effective query solving and upselling opportunities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
