Role & responsibilities:

1. New International Business Development

- Identify and acquire new international clients across target markets

- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting outreach negotiation closure

- Build a strong pipeline through proactive market mapping and outreach

1. Cold Outreach &
- Lead Generation

- Drive business through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and B2B platforms

- Generate qualified leads independently without reliance on inbound channels

- Convert cold prospects into active business opportunities

1. Market Expansion &
- Strategy

- Identify high-potential geographies and industry segments

- Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and market trends

- Develop and execute market entry strategies

1. Client Relationship &
- Account Growth

- Build robust relationships with importers, distributors, and institutional buyers

- Ensure repeat business and long-term account development

1. Commercial &
- Execution Ownership

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) for seamless execution





- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

- Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record in new client acquisition

- Excellent cold outreach and prospecting skills

- High ownership, self-driven, and ability to work independently

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Commercially astute and target-oriented

- High level of integrity and professionalism

Experience &

- Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales

- Demonstrated success in acquiring new international customers

- Experience in B2B global markets (preferably manufacturing/export-oriented businesses)

- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Good to Have

- Exposure to markets such as US, Europe, Middle East

- Participation in international trade fairs / exhibitions

- Understanding of export documentation and logistics
