We are seeking a agile and customer-focused professional fluent in French to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery. Prior experience in Canadian process support will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chat in French.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.




- Adapt to rotational shifts and maintain flexibility in working hours.

Requirements

- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills in English for internal coordination.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- 6 months of customer support experience (international process preferred).
- Exposure to Canadian process or international voice/chat support is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
