Role: Customer Service Associate - International Chat

Location: Noida

Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Requirement:

Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills (C1 Proficiency)

Min 6 Months Experience in International BPO - Chat Only

Note: Do not line-up candidates with Non-BPO / Domestic process experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through chat support channels
- Address customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver premium customer experience with quick and accurate resolutions
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Salary Structure: 6 Months - 12 Months - In hand 24k + 3k (After Training) - 26k + 3k (After Training)

13 Months - 24 Months - In hand 28k + 4k (After Training) - 29k + 4k (After Training)

24 Months+ - Upto 32k + 4k (After Training)
