1. International Voice Process Banking

CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA

- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process

- US/UK Banking experience mandatory

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong process knowledge

2. SME Banking Process

CTC: Up to 8 LPA

- Minimum 3 years experience in International Voice Process

- Banking process experience mandatory
- Team handling experience/knowledge required

- Strong process knowledge

3. Team Lead – Banking Process

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Lead
- Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory

- Banking process experience mandatory
- Strong team handling and process knowledge

Common Eligibility

- Any Graduation is mandatory

- Excellent communication skills

- Solid process knowledge

- Team handling experience
- Comfortable working in night shifts

Shift & Work Pattern

Night Shift 5 Working Days + 2 Rotational Week Offs
