Role

- Develop and execute the annual Internal Audit Plan based on business risks.

- Conduct audits covering Finance, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.

- Evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, risks and process inefficiencies.

- Review inventory, production costs, wastage, procurement and vendor management processes.

- Conduct fraud risk assessments and investigations where required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations.

- Prepare detailed audit reports with practical recommendations and action plans.

- Present audit findings and risk areas to Senior Management / Audit Committee.

- Follow up on implementation of agreed corrective actions.

- Drive improvements in internal controls, governance and risk management.

- Work closely with Finance, Operations and other functional teams to strengthen processes.
