Job Brief:

The incumbent will lead the planning, design, execution and delivery of interior infrastructure projects across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, training centers, guest houses, experience centres facilities across India.

A. Multi-Project Management

- Manage multiple interior fit-out and renovation projects simultaneously across plant and office locations.
- Develop integrated project plans covering schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Review progress regularly, identify execution challenges early, and drive timely resolution.
- Prioritize projects in line with business needs and organizational goals.

B. Project Execution & Delivery

- Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept development through final handover.
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish project governance, define accountabilities, and track critical milestones

C. Team Leadership & People Management





- Lead and mentor internal project teams and site execution personnel.
- Manage consultants, architects, project management agencies, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Strengthen project management capabilities and embed best practices across the organization.

D. Design Strategy & Workplace Experience

- Collaborate with architects and design consultants to create creative, functional, and visually appealing workspaces.
- Align design concepts with organizational branding, employee experience, and operational requirements.
- Lead workplace modernization by introducing contemporary design trends and space-optimization concepts.
- Review layouts, material specifications, furniture plans, and finishes for functionality and visual consistency.

E. Budgeting & Commercial Management

- Prepare annual capital expenditure plans and project budgets.
- Develop cost estimates, feasibility assessments, and budget forecasts.
- Monitor expenditure and maintain financial discipline throughout project execution.
- Assess project variations, additional scope, and associated commercial implications.

F. Cost Optimization & Value Engineering

- Identify cost-reduction and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality or design intent.
- Optimize material selection, vendor sourcing, delivery methods, and space utilization.
- Standardize interior specifications across locations to achieve consistency and economies of scale.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate favorable commercial terms.

G. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations during procurement.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Develop strategic vendor partnerships that improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualification:

Diploma in Interior Designing

Experience:
