Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and workers.

Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Check site measurements, material requirements, and workmanship.

Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.

Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.

Ensure proper quality of work and adherence to project standards.

Monitor material delivery, usage, and site inventory.

Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.





Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety practices.

Assist with snagging, rectification, and final project handover.

Required Skills

35 years of experience in interior site supervision.

Valuable knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.

Ability to read and understand interior, architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.

Knowledge of materials, measurements, and basic BOQ.

Good contractor and labour coordination skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.

Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
