Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Thane in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and artisans to deliver functional and aesthetically aligned design solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing interior concepts, preparing layout plans, and coordinating space planning with architectural and construction requirements. The role involves creating and reviewing detailed drawings, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring alignment with client needs, budgets, and timelines.

The Interior





Designer will visit sites regularly to assess progress, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and address design-related challenges. The role also includes preparing presentations and mood boards for client reviews, incorporating feedback, and maintaining design quality and consistency across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.

- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills, including the ability to create, interpret, and revise detailed plans and technical documentation.

- Candidates should possess FF&E; selection and specification skills, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials suited to commercial and residential environments.

- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.

- Strong attention to detail, project coordination abilities, and effective communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and on-site teams.

- Experience in turnkey interior projects, site execution, and vendor management is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
