Job Title: 3D Interior Designer / 3D VisualizerJob Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting 2D architectural floor plans into accurate 3D models, interior designs, photorealistic renders, and 3D walkthroughs.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of interior spaces, furniture layouts, materials, lighting, textures, and architectural detailing, along with the ability to interpret floor plans accurately and transform them into high-quality visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert 2D floor plans and architectural drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Develop detailed 3D interior designs and layouts based on project requirements.
- Create photorealistic 3D renders for residential and commercial interior spaces.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs, animations, and virtual presentations of interior projects.
- Accurately maintain room dimensions, walls, doors, windows, columns, openings, and circulation as per the provided floor plans.
- Create realistic furniture, false ceiling, flooring, wall treatments, wardrobes, kitchens, lighting, and other interior elements.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and finishes to achieve realistic visualizations.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the interior design and project teams to understand design concepts and deliverables.
- Ensure all 3D models and renders meet the company's quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and interior visualization.
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and floor plans.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and spatial planning.
- Ability to create high-quality photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
- Good attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate concepts into compelling 3D visuals.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, proportions, composition, and lighting.

Experience

1–4 years of relevant experience in 3D interior design, architectural visualization, 3D modelling, or interior rendering.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent 3D visualization skills may also be considered.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Portfolio

Candidates should have a strong portfolio of 3D interior designs, photorealistic renders, floor-plan-to-3D projects, and/or walkthroughs.
