Role & responsibilities

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

- Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
- Strong creativity, design sense, and space-planning skills.
- Good understanding of materials, colours, lighting, furniture, finishes, and architectural elements.
- Ability to prepare 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and 3D presentations.
- Knowledge of site measurements, detailed drawings, and execution drawings.
- Ability to develop design concepts and present them effectively to clients.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Understanding of architectural and interior design standards and construction details.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to coordinate with site teams during project execution.
- Portfolio of previous design work is required.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Architectural Design preferred.
