Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Life Insurance sales with 2 years in agency channel

CTC: Up to 8.00 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
- Generate new business through the agency team.
- Achieve sales and recruitment targets.
- Motivate and guide agents to improve performance.
- Build robust customer and agent relationships.
- Conduct regular team meetings and sales activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up and policy servicing.

Candidate Profile:

- A bachelor's degree in any industry.
- 5+ Years of experience in Life Insurance sales with 2 years in agency channel
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
