Role: Insurance Advisor

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Insurance Advisors. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining suitable insurance solutions, building customer relationships and supporting the sales and policy servicing process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer financial protection and insurance needs.

Explain life insurance products, features and benefits to customers.

Generate and develop customer leads through networking and referrals.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Assist customers during the application and policy process.

Follow company guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.





Achieve assigned business and sales objectives.

Maintain professional communication and provide good customer service.

Eligibility

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in insurance, finance and sales.

Customer-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.

Freshers can also apply.
