Job Summary

VK Assure is looking for an experienced Insurance Calling Executive to join our customer engagement and sales team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in insurance customer calling, renewals, sales or customer relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining available insurance options and assisting them through the purchase or renewal process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding their insurance requirements and upcoming renewals.
- Explain insurance plans, coverage, premiums and available options.
- Generate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and pending cases.
- Handle customer questions and price-related objections.
- Convert qualified customer enquiries into successful policies.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Update customer interactions in the company's CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance calling, insurance sales or customer relationship management.
- Previous experience with insurance renewals will be an advantage.




- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Punjabi communication skills will be an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good customer handling and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
- Target-oriented with a focus on customer conversion.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on relevant experience, communication skills and previous sales performance.

Work From Home Requirements

Candidates should have

- Smartphone
- Laptop/Desktop
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workplace suitable for customer calls

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Sunday weekly off.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience as:

- Insurance Calling Executive
- Insurance Sales Executive
- Insurance Renewal Executive
- Customer Relationship Executive
- Insurance Telecaller
- Insurance Advisor

will be preferred.

Location

Remote / Work From Home

Candidates located in Punjab are preferred.
