Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication skills.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in inside sales or telesales industry.

- Proficiency in Hindi and Kannada languages.

- Solid convincing power to handle objections and close deals over phone.
