Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) / Junior Inside Sales RepresentativeRole OverviewThe Inside Sales Executive generates revenue, qualifies inbound/outbound leads, and closes sales via phone, email, and virtual communication tools from the office. This role is ideal for freshers with strong communication skills looking to kickstart a corporate sales or business development career.

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound cold/warm calls, handle inbound inquiries, and follow up on marketing-generated leads. [1]
- Consultative Pitching: Explain product/service features, pricing, and advantages clearly to prospective clients. [1]
- Pipeline Management: Log all customer interactions, call notes, and deal stages accurately in CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce). [1]
- Objection Handling: Address customer questions, resolve basic doubts, and coordinate with senior sales or pre-sales teams to close deals. [1]
- Target Achievement: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and call quotas. [1]

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (plus local languages where applicable).
- Aptitude: High energy, a "ready-to-learn" growth mindset, resilience against rejection, and a target-driven attitude.
