Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic freshers to join our Inside Sales team at the hospital. The role involves interacting with patients and their relatives, understanding their requirements, and promoting Home Care Services required after discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with patients and their relatives within the hospital.
- Explain services and generate leads/conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home care services.
- Follow up with potential customers and coordinate with internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

- Fresher with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Sales & Marketing and customer interaction.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Position will be on third-party payroll.
