Key Responsibilities

- Support our sales team in identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and managing pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Update sales documentation.
- Coordinate with production and design teams, follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Handle order processing, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in generating new business by identifying potential leads.
- Follow up with clients for order closure and after-sales support.
- Follow ups for pending Payments and proper record keeping and checks for payments
