Position: Inside Sales Executive

Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience: 1-3 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and customer queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
- Update lead/customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements:

- 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Business Development.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp and email.

Immediate joiners preferred.
