About the Role

We are looking for a proac?ve and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage customer communica?on, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communica?on skills, sales coordina?on experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibili?es

 Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails for customer inquiries

 Prepare and follow up on quota?ons, sales orders, and proposals

 Coordinate with the sales team, logis?cs, and other internal departments

 Maintain customer records and update in system

 Track order status and ensure ?mely delivery

 Provide a?er-sales support and resolve customer issues

 Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards

 Support sales campaigns and promo?onal ac?vi?es

Required Qualifica?ons

 Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marke?ng, or related field

 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordina?on

 Solid communica?on and customer-handling skills

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

 Ability to mul?task, priori?ze tasks, and meet deadlines

 A?en?on to detail and strong organiza?onal skills

Preferred Skills

 Experience in IT hardware sales

 Ability to work independently and in a team.
