Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Industry: Machine Manufacturing Location: Site 5, Kasna, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines efficiently.
- Perform die/mould changeovers and ensure proper machine setup.
- Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements.
- Monitor the injection moulding process and maintain consistent production quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and moulding-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Conduct routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding.
- Efficient in die/mould change and setup.
- Valuable knowledge of machine parameter setting and adjustment.
- Ability to identify and control common moulding defects.




- Hands-on experience in operating injection moulding machines.
- Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and safety procedures.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in plastic injection moulding.
- Candidates with hands-on machine operating and setup experience will be preferred.
- Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
