Core Responsibilities

Virtualization, Servers & Infrastructure

- Manage and administer VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
- Perform server deployment.
- Maintain backup infrastructure and perform restores (Veeam preferred).
- Manage Azure & AWS accounts.
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls, access policies, and audit logs.
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and identity lifecycle.
- Support SSO, MFA, conditional access, and identity security hygiene.
- Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 licensing, policies, and configs.
- Administer SharePoint Online, Teams configurations.
- Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
- Support project implementations, migrations, rollouts, and environment upgrades.
- Participate in on-call activities and escalations.
- Configure and Manage Cisco Meraki Access points
- Configure and Manage Palo Alto Firewalls

Required Technical Skills

- Network and Firewall Administration
- Windows Server & Hyper-V
- Azure & AWS cloud administration
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, licensing)
- Backup solutions (Veeam or similar)
- Server deployment & hardening
- Google Workspace management (added advantage)

- 46 years in IT Infrastructure/Cloud/Systems roles
