- 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments and PEW management.

- Solid experience managing and coordinating Planned Engineering Work (PEW) and network maintenance activities.

- Experience preparing implementation plans, MOPs, rollback plans and post-implementation reviews.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista technologies.

- Knowledge of routing and switching technologies including VLANs, STP, OSPF and BGP.

- Experience developing automation and compliance scripts using Python, PowerShell or similar scripting tools.

- Experience using network monitoring, configuration and management platforms.

- Strong understanding of device lifecycle management, inventory management and network governance processes.

- Experience working within Change Management and ITIL-controlled environments.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.

- Exposure to automation, reporting and operational process improvement initiatives.

- CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation or equivalent certifications would be advantageous.
