Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced EPL Test Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise application testing and EPL-based testing environments. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, validating application functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring reliable application releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end test cases.
- Perform EPL-related application testing based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases as required.
- Validate application workflows, business rules, interfaces, and integrations.
- Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL and database queries.
- Execute regression testing for application enhancements and releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect-management tools.
- Perform defect analysis and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and release-readiness discussions.
- Validate integrations between EPL applications and other enterprise systems.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect reports,



and quality metrics.
- Support UAT and production validation activities.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for recurring application issues.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA teams.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong experience in enterprise application testing.
- Hands-on experience with EPL testing.
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with test-case design and execution.
- Good understanding of APIs and application integrations.
- Solid SQL and database-validation skills.
- Experience with JIRA, ALM, or equivalent defect-management tools.
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium or Tosca.
- Experience with CI/CD environments.
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications and integrations.
