Sapphire Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Security Administrator to join our team in Ahmedabad .

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

- New joiner onboarding (creating all accesses)
- Access management in AD/IDM (Identity-Management system) integrated and in non-AD integrated systems
- Leaver procedure handling
- AD management (incl. service user-, group-, shared mailbox-, creations ; airport VPN and airport sharepoint account creations ; attribute settings for Salesforce + Aviatar ; name changes, etc.)
- O365 management (DIS list creation & management ; user and shared mailbox settings)
- Provide inputs for security reviews, audits, incl. PWC and aviation-specific certifications
- Performing access right revocations highlighted during security reviews




- License allocation on Microsoft O365 platform (including ordering new licenses)
- Excel reporting, used mainly for review tasks (example: distribution list membership cross-check)
- Provides on-call support in out-of-office hours for specific tasks (5 systems 1 location out of the 40+ ones)
- Monitoring organization related email announcements, initiating actions based on those (example: department change procedure)
- Work with IDM project team

Requirements:

- Fluent English
- proactive and initiative taker
- Self-motivated
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle repetitive tasks
