Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers)
- Manage IT assets, vendors, and infrastructure upgrades
- Support network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Perform SAP Basis tasks (health checks, transports, user & role management)
- Monitor security events, manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security reporting
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
- 5–7 years of IT hardware & infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of networking and Windows/Linux systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis & cybersecurity
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
