Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager specializing in Security Tools & Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our enterprise-wide security architecture in Gurgaon. The candidate will oversee security risk assessments, incident response, and manage vendor relationships to protect infrastructure, cloud platforms, and confidential assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide ISMS and PIMS programs.

- Manage and configure top-tier security engineering toolsets including SIEM, DLP, PAM, CNAPP, and EDR platforms.

- Oversee technical risk assessments, internal/external audits, and remediation plans across cloud and on-premise networks.

- Lead incident response orchestration, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and post-mortem investigations.

- Foster cross-functional collaborations with IT, Legal, and Compliance to embed security-by-design frameworks.

- Manage security budgets,



technical vendor relationships, and license contract negotiations.

- Mentor and coach a dedicated team of information security professionals.

Technical Skills Required

- Advanced hands-on control over IBM QRadar SIRE, GTB DLP, CyberArk PAM, Wiz CNAPP, Sentinel One EDR, and Qualys VA/PT toolsets.

- Deep expertise in cloud security governance across AWS and Azure environments (GCP exposure is a plus).

- Comprehensive understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; matrix, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills

- Bachelors in IT or Computer Science. Having an MBA or certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001/27701 Lead Auditor/Implementer is highly preferred.

- Strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management, quality documentation, and crisp leadership presence.
