Qualification: B.Tech / Bachelors Degree in Technology

Certifications: CISSP and DoD-8570 IAT Level 3 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement and manage enterprise information and network security solutions.
- Manage and monitor security infrastructure including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches and VPNs.
- Monitor networks and systems to identify security threats, vulnerabilities and abnormal activities.
- Analyze existing security systems and recommend security enhancements and improvements.
- Develop and maintain Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (COOP/DR) plans.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability testing and ethical hacking activities to identify potential security risks.
- Respond to security breaches and incidents by preparing incident reports, corrective action plans and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure security systems and infrastructure are regularly updated and maintained in line with current security standards.
- Manage security across Active Directory, Windows Servers, Remote Access, Multifactor Authentication, Virtualization and Cloud Computing environments.
- Provide early warning and timely response to potential security incidents and system abnormalities.
- Maintain system security documentation and communicate system status,



planned changes and downtime to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement security improvements to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
- Provide technical support and system updates, configuration changes and code fixes where required.
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, vulnerabilities and industry best practices.
- Work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure security requirements are integrated across technology projects.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in network and information security.
- Strong expertise in Firewalls, IDS/IPS, network security and security monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, VPNs, Remote Access and Multifactor Authentication.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Servers, Virtualization and Cloud Computing.
- Experience in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
- Experience in security assessments, vulnerability management and ethical hacking.
- Robust incident response, risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- CISSP certification is mandatory.
- DoD-8570 IAT Level 3 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) is mandatory.
