Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, enjoy discovering new creators, and have strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Shortlist creators based on campaign requirements, audience demographics, engagement, and content quality.
- Reach out to influencers via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and calls for brand collaborations.
- Collect creator profiles, commercials, audience insights, and other campaign-related information.
- Negotiate collaboration commercials and deliverables with creators.




- Coordinate with influencers throughout the campaign to ensure timely content delivery and posting.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, campaign trackers, and Google Sheets.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, follow-ups, and performance reporting.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.

Requirements

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in influencer marketing is an added advantage.
