Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to prepare high-quality Indian cuisine while maintaining taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic North Indian, South Indian and regional Indian dishes, Indian Curry.
- Handle daily food preparation, cooking and plating.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen ingredients, stock and portion control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth food production.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage.
- Support menu planning and introduce recent dishes when required.
- Ensure timely preparation of food for restaurant, banquet and events.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience as an Indian Chef in a hotel, restaurant or banquet.
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, curries and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Hotel Management/Culinary qualification preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years preferred.
