Consumer Presales Advocate / Inbound Sales Advocate for Hyderabad location-

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs

Contract: 18 Months

We are looking for a Consumer Presales Advocate to handle inbound customer sales inquiries through phone and chat. The candidate will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable technology products, handle objections and guide customers toward purchase.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound B2C sales inquiries through phone and chat.
- Understand customer needs and buying intent.
- Recommend suitable devices, software and technology products.
- Drive sales conversion, upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer objections and close sales.
- Conduct customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance.
- Achieve sales, conversion, CSAT and productivity targets.

Required Skills
- 2+ years in B2C / Retail / Inside Sales / Inbound Sales / Telesales
- Consultative Sales / Techno Sales
- Consumer Electronics / Technology product sales
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good probing,



objection handling and closing skills
- CRM/Sales tools experience
- Phone and chat support experience
- Positive typing skills; 55 WPM preferred

Preferred Background Retail Sales | B2C Sales | Consumer Electronics | Laptop/Desktop Sales | Mobile/Tablet Sales | E-commerce | Digital Sales | IT Product Sales | Telesales | Inside Sales

Knowledge of Microsoft Surface, Office, Windows, Xbox, Microsoft 365, Azure or Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
