We are hiring for a Inbound sales ( B2B sales )for our reputed client.

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs

Location: Pune location only

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.(only Female candidate)

Role - contractual role

Note 5 days work from office.

Shift Timings 6 pm to 3 am or 9 pm to 6 am IST, cab will be provided for both shifts

Required Skills (Technical + Functional)

- B2B or SMB-oriented consultative sales skills
- Ability to scope business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of CRM/sales platforms and productivity tools
- Ability to identify and influence relevant decision-makers
- Strong objection handling and follow-through capability
- Typing proficiency for high-quality chat/email interactions

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience in commercial hardware, endpoint devices, or workplace technology solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Surface for Business and related productivity tools
- Experience supporting SMB customers in a tele sales or digital sales environment
- Exposure to inside sales or remote business sales models

Experience Required

- 2+ years of experience in sales or tele sales/Techno Sales
- Prior experience supporting commercial/SMB customers preferred




- Technology or hardware sales experience strongly preferred

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree preferred
- Relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
