Vaigai city Promoters is looking for a creative and skilled In-House Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, residential layouts, design concepts and coordinating with clients, engineers and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, elevations and working drawings.
- Develop residential building designs and layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create basic 3D models and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Make design modifications based on project requirements.
- Maintain project drawings and documentation.
- Support the team in planning and execution of residential projects.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other 3D software is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
