About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Implementation Specialists to join our team in Kodaikanal.

If you enjoy understanding business processes, interacting with customers, solving problems, and exploring new technologies, this opportunity is for you.

You will work with businesses to understand their requirements, configure software solutions, implement workflows, and help customers successfully adopt technology.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Prior CRM implementation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements through meetings and discussions.
- Analyze sales, customer support, and business processes.
- Configure CRM, helpdesk, and other SaaS applications.
- Set up fields, forms, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Support software implementation, migration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct customer demonstrations and training sessions.
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues.
- Prepare requirement documents and implementation documentation.




- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and technical teams.
- Provide post-implementation support.

You will have opportunities to work across leading SaaS and enterprise platforms, including:

- CRM & Sales: HubSpot, Freshsales, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, LeadSquared.
- Customer Support & CX: Freshdesk, Zendesk, Freshchat, Zoho Desk.
- IT Service Management: Freshservice, ManageEngine.
- Business Applications: Zoho One, Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense, Zoho Sign, monday.com.
- Marketing & Engagement: WebEngage, Meta, Google, HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Automation & Integrations: Make.com, Microsoft, Google, and other integration platforms.

Experience in any of these platforms is an advantage, but not compulsory. What Are We Looking For?

- Basic knowledge of CRM, SaaS, sales, or customer support processes.
- Experience with any CRM,



helpdesk, or business application.
- Understanding of workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or databases is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
