Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration, visa, and overseas opportunities based on their profile and requirements.

- Understand clients’ educational, professional, financial, and immigration backgrounds.

- Provide accurate information regarding visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.

- Handle client queries through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, and email.

- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful applications.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and ensure a smooth application process.

- Coordinate with documentation and visa processing teams for timely submission of applications.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and relevant country-specific regulations.

- Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
