Role Overview:

Responsible for quality, compliance, and risk management within the Advisory function. This is an internal role focused on reviews, process improvement, risk identification, policy adherence, training, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and coordinate quality and compliance reviews of projects

- Identify gaps in processes and documentation; drive corrective actions

- Identify risks impacting the function and implement related policies and procedures

- Maintain and update quality assurance guidelines and related materials

- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality and compliance matters

- Support and deliver quality-related training

- Ensure adherence to risk and quality policies by engagement teams

- Resolve queries and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

- Standardize and monitor templates in coordination with other teams

- Plan and execute reviews to meet stringent quality standards and timelines

- Lead and motivate team members to deliver consistent high-quality work

- Stay updated on risk and quality developments through research and knowledge sharing

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and firm-wide programs





- Manage personal and team workload, including performance development of team members

Required Skills & Attributes:

- Solid understanding of risk and quality processes in professional services or consulting environments

- Experience in technical, internal, statutory, regulatory, or process audits

- Strong analytical, research, organizational, and report-writing skills

- Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong coordination, documentation, and record-keeping abilities

- Understanding of control effectiveness, efficiency, and optimization

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Preferably experience in leading a team

- High integrity, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach

- Inquisitive mindset and willingness to adapt across industries

Preferred Qualifications:

- Expert proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Project management certification or experience

- Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools

- Familiarity with internal management systems
