Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide backend support to international clients through various non-voice processes such as email, chat, and web-based platforms.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in back-office operations or related fields (banking operations, blended process , Non Voice).

- Solid understanding of international banking systems and processes.

- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- International Non Voice experience is a mandate

- Night Shifts -5 days working self commute
