- Assess students’ English proficiency and academic background
- Explain IELTS formats (Academic / General Training) and band score requirements
- Recommend suitable preparation plans based on individual needs
- Set realistic target scores and timelines
1. IELTS Test Information & Registration
- Provide detailed information about test structure, scoring, and test dates
- Assist students with IELTS registration and documentation
- Guide students on test center selection and exam-day requirements
1. Course & Study Plan Management
- Enroll students in appropriate IELTS preparation courses
- Coordinate with trainers regarding student progress
- Monitor attendance, performance, and mock test results
