? Position: Access Management – L2

We are looking for an experienced Access Management (L2) qualified to manage user identities, access requests, entitlement reviews, security compliance, and escalated IAM-related issues across enterprise systems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle – Provisioning, Modification & De-provisioning
- Perform Access Reviews, Entitlement Certifications & Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks
- Handle and troubleshoot escalated access-related incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot Authentication, Authorization & Account Management issues
- Administer user accounts across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN & Enterprise Applications
- Execute Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and controls




- Monitor IAM systems and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
- Work closely with Application Owners, HR, Security & Infrastructure teams
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, knowledge base articles and operational reports
- Support audits and provide required compliance evidence
- Ensure SLA adherence and contribute to continuous process improvement
