Position:
Manager Hydrogeologist
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree preferred in
Hydrogeology, Geology, Earth Sciences, Environmental Engineering
, or related fields.
- 7 – 12+ years of hydrogeology experience in oil & gas operations, environmental consulting for O&G;, or groundwater studies related to industrial projects.
- Experience with drilling sites, production facilities, onshore fields, or shale/unconventional operations is an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct hydrogeological studies for drilling locations, production sites, and pipeline corridors.
- Evaluate aquifer properties, groundwater flows, recharge, and potential impacts of subsurface operations.
- Perform baseline hydrogeological surveys prior to drilling or facility construction.
- Assess groundwater availability for drilling, injection, and operational water needs.
- Recommend sustainable groundwater extraction plans and monitor long-term water balance for O&G; operations.
- Support water sourcing, recycling, produced-water management, and reinjection programs etc..
