We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Press Machine Operator to handle rubber-to-metal bonding and bending operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating hydraulic presses, setting molds/dies, and ensuring quality output as per process specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hydraulic press machines for rubber-to-metal bonding/bending processes
- Set up and adjust dies, molds, and fixtures as per job requirements
- Monitor pressure, temperature, and cycle time parameters during operation
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks
- Ensure proper material loading (rubber compound and metal inserts/components)
- Identify and report defects such as bonding failures, flash, or dimensional issues
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of the press machine
- Maintain production records and daily output reports
- Follow safety protocols and SOPs while operating machinery
- Coordinate with QC/QA and supervisors for process improvements
