Job Overview

- Role: Hydraulic Press Brake Machine Operator

- Industry: Metal fabrication, manufacturing, or automotive production

- Core Goal: Produce accurate metal components safely while maintaining strict dimensional tolerances .

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup: Select and install appropriate punches and dies (tooling), adjust tonnage, and set back-gauge parameters.

- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, or technical specifications for correct bend angles and sequences.

- Operation & Control: Load sheet metal, align it against gauges, and operate CNC or manual hydraulic controls to execute bends.

- Quality Inspection: Measure finished parts using precision instruments like vernier calipers, protractors, and tape measures.

- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine daily maintenance on hydraulic units, clean the workspace, and follow factory safety rules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
