Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Operations Manager to manage project execution, site operations, and team coordination. This full-time, on-site role in Pune will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HVAC project execution and site operations
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Monitor quality control and safety compliance
- Handle client communication during project lifecycle
- Improve operational efficiency and cost control

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and ventilation
- Experience in HVAC project/site management
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Good leadership and coordination skills
- Understanding of safety and regulatory standards




- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant HVAC/project management tools
- Result-oriented and detail-focused mindset
