Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations in an on-site, full-time role based in the Mohali district.

Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and record keeping, as well as supporting performance management and employee relations. The role involves implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, assisting with recruitment and selection, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant labor regulations. The HR Specialist will also handle routine HR queries, support training initiatives,



and collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, with the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience in HR Management and HR Policies, including implementing procedures and supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related processes, with skills in communicating and administering benefits programs.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in basic HR software or HRIS, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in retail, food and beverage, or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
